水彩画を楽しむ / 白樺（バーチ）

今週末は水彩画を楽しみました。

白樺の木が大好きなので、白樺を描く事に。

白樺林の写真を参考にまずは黒のペンで幹の部分からスタート♪

幹の部分が大体できてから、葉っぱの部分に取りかかりました。

ずーっと放置状態だったため半分固まりかけた水彩絵の具＾＾；と、

写真にある固形の水彩絵の具を使用。

固まった絵の具の深緑、黄緑、黄色を何とか絞り出して、一枚一枚葉っぱを描いて行きます。

この後はコンピューターに取り込んで、デザインを完成させました。

とっても楽しかったので、食べ物、お花、雑貨なんかも描いてみようと思います。

Happy Joyful Peaceful Painting / ハッピーな絵

This year is a year for me to experiment with colors. I'd started to get more attracted to full of colors. A few years ago was totally opposite of what I like now. I would choose only muted colors or natural and soft colors palette for almost anything. What has happened to me?? When I went to the Disneyland in summer, I enjoyed looking at the paintings of Mary Blair at their special gallery space. I love the colors, simple fun shapes, motives she chose to create scenes for the fantasy land. I was inspired by her and wanted to do my version of happy joyful peaceful painting to depict an imaginary fantasy scene. Ta-da! Here is the result : ) I had lots of fun painting this. I used acrylic so even I messed up, I could go back and rework on the part until I am satisfied with the result.  Cute?

Watercolor / 水彩絵の具

水彩の透明感と筆で描く柔らかい表現が好き。コンピューター仕事が多いから、反動でアナログな事が最近無性にしたくなる。

Mary Blair inspired painting vol.01 / メアリーブレア風の絵 vol.01

I felt like painting today so got all my acrylic paint, canvas, and brush out of the closet. There was an image I wanted to try using lots of colors and shapes. I used a very lovely painting of it's a small world by Mary Blair and a picture of Russian palace as reference.

Draw a draft image with a pencil

まずは鉛筆で下書き

After drawing a rough image, start painting

下書きの後、マスキングテープを使ってペイント開始＾＾

久しぶりに、眠っていたアクリル絵の具とキャンバスをクローゼットから出して、絵を描き始めました。たくさんの色と魅力的な形の構成にしたいなぁと思い、メアリーブレアさんのIt's a small worldスタイルとロシアのお城の建築スタイルを参考に♪
